A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."

A: If you have read through the breakpoints, we hope to tell the story that our services are all-inclusive to computer technologies.  How well they run, how well they talk to other systems, and how well the user is able to do their job; these are all important factors.  We help small to medium businesses deal with the frustration of using computers and what the power of technology can offer to make the job easier and fruitful....and secure. 

A: This is a very good question.  We will take an inventory of what you have, and use this list to determine whether your components will do what you want them to do.  The first step is knowing what your intentions and goals are.  Even though your inventory may have a lot of old equipment, we certainly encourage repurposing them for other duties if it makes sense to do so.  If you have stone tablets and chisels, we'll tell you so.

A: For new equipment and software, you will always be offered the manufacturer's warranty.  For the work we do, we guarantee our work and solutions to insure they do what we say it will do.  We'll also offer many levels of continued services through our partners; such as help-desk services and adanced support.  What's important, too, is giving you the help when you need it.  Truth is in the writing, and we'll give it to you in simple (lay-person) terms.

A: If you ask about something, you'll have a direct answer.  If it is something we cannot provide, we'll help you find the right company to get a straight answer.  If the answer is"no" then it is up to you to accept that.  We are not magicians, so don't expect any tricks.  If you want a blunt answer, we can give you one.  We don't play games.  We're a no-nonsense provider.

A: It's a good idea to keep tabs on our customers.  Advertising is expensive, so what's better than a great customer relationship?  Word of mouth from an unhappy customer will destroy a company's reputation, and that's what we're all about...great service for our great customers.  Reputation and integrity is paramount!
