Our services are guaranteed.  The solutions we recommend will only use industry certified hardware, and will meet industry certified security measures.

Estimate Services

Simple estimates are free.  Moderate to major projects may require a fee for research and development to create a solution.  After you've accepted our estimate, continued work on large or major project management and design work will require a downpayment of 25%, paid when signing the agreement.

For locations beyond 150 miles from Sedalia, Missouri we will conduct a preliminary desk-top interview and estimate in order to prepare for visiting our location.  This allows us to form the best team of consultants before we visit your site. 

SECURITY is paramount!  If there are any personnel security requirements, please let us know ahead of time.

Secure Services

Our virtual private networks (VPNs) and internet firewalls are robust and reliable using ICSA certified Fortinet products.  We feature Fortinet  solutions with the utmost of confidence, as they have been our top VPN/gateway solution for more than 10 years. 

What comes with your VPN/gateway services?  The use of a fully certified gateway firewall, secure connections, intrusion detection, monitored daily.  Gateway antivirus, SPAM and Malware detection, monthly traffic analysis reports, managed/custom configurations, VLAN segmentation, QOS/HA integrity, and custom web filtering services are also available.

The prices below do not include the cost of any ISP (internet services).

*Secure Single-Point Gateway/Firewall:

Centralized secure ICSA Labs Certified firewalls or gateways provide your network what's called a barrier reef.  A point through which all internet traffic must travel.  Every point from which your internal network touches an outside source should be fully secure if you ever hope to protect what information you have.  This also includes any wireless you might have.  NEVER allow external connections go unchecked by a formidable firewall such as Fortigate.

**Secure Point-to-Point tunneling VPN:  

Tunneling is a means of allowing two (or more) network connected devices to communicate inside of a private realm without being observed.  Of course, there are tools available that can allow the more experienced hacker access into your tunnel, so tunnelling by itself is not secure.  An encrypted tunnel (via a well protected virtual private network (VPN)) is the best means of keeping your internet traffic private.  Protection comes in many flavors, however.  Knowing that your service provider is well qualified to provide you an optimal level of security is really the main point here.  Demand high-end security products and services, such as ours.  We provide solutions that pass both Federal- and Industry-level acceptance standards.

**Secure Point-to-Multipoint VPN:

As in the point-to-point discussion above, this is a secure means of providing secure communications over the internet from one location to many others.  Remember, proper configuration must withstand Federal and Industrial security standards.

**Secure Client VPN Services

Taking your PC with you while you travel is almost commonplace these days.  Being able to connect to your home/office while you're traveling is another matter.  We can provide you the ability to maintain the highest level of security when connecting to the home/office from abroad. 

**Off-Site Data Backup Services:

I'm willing to presume that a greater majority of these low-cost backup services you see on the internet do not meet Federal information systems management and protection standards.  Our off-site backup services include total protection:  1) Fault-tolerance so that if we have a hardware failure, your data is still protected and available in another system.  2)  Physical protection; where your data is kept safe from prying hackers, both through the internet and in our facility.  3)  Fall-back protection, so that if fault-tolerance measures fail, we still have another means of restoring your data.  4)  Date/Time stamped archives, so that if your data was corrupted and backed up in a corrupt form, then we have dated backups from which to restore your data.

We maintain up to 12 months of archived data, and five weeks of current data at all times; based on the backup schedules you choose.  Our data services also offer TPM hardware encryption, so in the event that all else fails, no one will be able to access your information if you don't want them to.  Our facility is protected by alarm, video surveillance and periodic guard checks.
